The focal above is one of my favorite beads and one that I have yet to part with, it's in my bedside locker and I occasional take it out and hold on to it, it's the roundest and most perfect bead I think I have ever made.
The heart beads were a phase I went through for a while, and I must admit thumbing through the pictures that I have of them to pick a few for my site have made me thing about going through that phase again.. they were great fun to make and should not take me so long now that I have my new and bigger torch!
One of these could take me an hour to make and then there was making the stringer for the flowers which could add time on to the design of the bead. I could spend a whole afternoon making heart beads and only come away with two or three if I was lucky, however, it was well worth all the effort.
